Drömstort (Dream Big) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people in socioeconomically challenged areas. To make a real impact, the organisation needs direct contact with these youths — a challenge as they are often hard to reach, especially in areas where criminal gangs have a strong presence and recruit new members faster than any opposition organisation can keep up with.

Within these communities, contact has long been synonymous with burner phones with anonymous prepaid SIM cards. But a recent anti-crime law requires these SIM cards to be registered with personal details. We used this as a loophole to reach our target group.
